Can't speak to quality of anything served here. However, the store does have two different sets of hours based on the "season." Without litigating over what dates correspond to what season, having these varying hours and not updating accordingly on relevant sites like Google Maps is not ideal.

We are sorry for the discrepancy in our real time operating hours and are ability to control what Google business advertises. We have tried to adjust our Google page with no luck. We are sorry but our store moves into off season hours after Labor Day! I’d like to explain to how difficult it is for our business to even stay open, staffing is a huge piece of that. It was my first time visiting "Vampire Penguin" cafe. I love deserts or any kind of sweets, so I was looking forward to try a new "tasty desert".I ordered Dulce de leche flan "to go". While I was paying, I saw it at a first glance I was surprised that it did not look like it was advertised in the menu at all, it didn't even have a shape of a flan. But I thought maybe it wasn’t supposed to and I was still looking forward to try it. When I took a first bite I was so disappointed, the shaved snow portion (looked plain white) was completely flavorless. Again, I ordered Dulce de leche flan, I received 2 scoops of plain white shaved snow with very little caramel syrup and few bananas. The only flavor I tasted was from fresh bananas that was used. After trying this tasteless desert I had to Google it to see how it actually supposed to look like. As I suspected none of the pictures looked like desert that I received.
I was really looking forward and went out of my way to try a desert from Vampire Penguin, unfortunately it was a highly disappointing experience 😔
EDIT: I just received a response/reply to my post from a person who served me at this place. Wow, I am in shock how customers are being treated. Sir, you did not have to be rude, belittle me or calling me names. The feedback is usually or supposed to be received as "thank you for your feedback, apologize and tell customer you'll do better next time".
It was my honest feedback. And as a customer I have a right to provide my honest feedback, there is no need for aggression, sir.
Also, owner of a shop, you addressed me by my name when you were calling me stupid in your response to my post, but I did not get a pleasure of knowing your name. Anyways, good luck to you, sir.

Well, well, This is the stuff of stupidity! You have no idea what you’re talking about! It’s not Dulce de Lech Flan, flan is a topping paired with the shaved snow! It’s not scooped, it was in a cup not on a plate so it did not look like the picture! I’m the owner and I served you! Taking very good care of you and your friend who ordered the strawberry cheesecake; who said it was amazing! I honestly think you have pour taste, and when I asked you how it was you said good! You could f addressed your displeasure then and I would have made you something else for free or refunded your money! But none of that matters!
